Equipment

Here's a list of equipment that I use to make all the recipes on my blog.

Kitchen Scale - this is a must for measuring exact quantities of ingredients.



Hand Mixer - very useful for light mixing tasks, like cakes or cookies.



Stand Mixer - great for heavy duty mixing, like making meringues, or bread dough.



Blender - a powerful blender can be used to make a variety of things, from ice cream to dough, to flours.  I love this blender!
