Here's a list of the tools I use to make all the recipes on my blog.

Sifter/Strainer - especially when making macarons, make sure to have a fine sieve sifter to produce smooth shells.





Piping Bags - I prefer disposable piping bags for easy clean up.  They come in a variety of sizes.  This brand has an anti-slip finish, which is helpful!
